For the days I dont feel like writing out my workout
I love how I dont have to think about writing out my workout in the auto-generate function. I like how you can choose the equipment, but it would be even better if you could choose the equipment AND a focus (upper, lower, full body - or even getting granular with upper/back+bi, upper/chest+tri, lower/glutes, lower/quads). I saw the featured workouts but havent done them yet. Seems like this will be a good app when Im on the road and dont have access to a full gym.
