Its ok if you just want a database of different exercises. I love the idea of the "QuickStart" workouts, that let you select the equipment you have and then it gives you a workout based on that equipment. Problem is, if you select just kettlebells, for example, more often than not it gives a work that is ALL body weight exercises. Sometimes you get lucky and itll include 1 or 2 kettlebell exercises. Also, if you do a longer workout, it doesnt add more exercises, it just lengthens the timer so youre just doing the same 8 exercises for way longer.
